Bonus Article! COY DE Act 2 and also Hifisampler!

 It would likely be extremely vain for me to say that COY DE Act 2 was created solely because I was rude in reviewing the original bank. But sometimes, it's fun to play pretend that your actions have an impact on the world. A cool UTAU getting an updated bank is an impact!

Also, I got Hifisampler working on my Windows 10 Virtual Machine. Why? UTAU doesn't work on Linux, I avoid Wine for some reason, and Windows 11 is way slower.

Alright. When it really, really seems like a bank was taken down on purpose, it feels natural to say "ah, I should respect the wishes of the maker of the bank..." I looked at the readme and the character file and there was nothing about what to do when the bank was discontinued. The page originally had a TOS, but it wasn't archived.

Now, I hope you all would know that I don't redistribute banks without full, enthusiastic permission. (With the exception of Tree, but I was correct in that Winchester would be cool with it.) I didn't save a copy of this bank or get it from someone else. It's on the clear web. I was able to download these banks from Mediafire despite the files being deleted from Mediafire. 

That opens up the question of if it's immoral to tell someone that sometimes you can download files deleted from MediaFire through the Wayback Machine. This only works if someone purposefully saved the call to the server and the response from the server, so someone had to want it to be preserved for that to happen.

 Anyway. Liza is an adult woman who likes hardcore music and hates forgetting her glasses.

Alright. Kyoui is an 18 year old woman who is shy but loves dancing, but that's not the important thing at this moment.

Kyoui actually shares her bank with her two siblings - ya know, different gender flags, different characters. Well... This bank is broken. It is further than Mojibake - the conversion was so strange that things became corrupted. And while trying to fix it... The file browser said "no. I think not." That's a VM skill issue, but yeah, the entire VM crashed. But I got it back up and running!

Kyoui technically has another bank that wasn't linked to in her Wiki page, but that isn't her! It's another UTAU and you can achieve her voice via gender flags. I'll give that UTAU their own article.
