as long as I didn't mess up and I have to go back and change the dates... This is the halfway point of the year!

Is coconut a fruit? WW claims it is! They have to to make it one of only two exceptions to the "fruits are zero points" rule!
Coconuts are amazing. The Thai place in my old home town with a ton of vegan options actually sells whole young coconuts with a straw so that you can drink all of the water and then scrape off the flesh. I only bought it once and I won't do it again, but it was definitely an awesome experience!
A different Thai place that has since shut down made their own coconut milk ice cream by hand and it was amazing. It was just condensed coconut milk churned into ice cream. Absolutely perfect!
As a kid, I loved shredded coconut so much. My favorite Christmas dessert was a white cake that was completely covered in shredded coconut. I loved macaroons! (Note the double 'o'. I sadly never got to try a macaron before going vegan.)
Because I loved it so much, I was over the moon when the grocery store started selling whole coconuts. My mom definitely struggled trying to open those things!
Well, I mean, a whole coconut isn't the same think as sweetened shredded coconut. The milk that comes out isn't anything like the sweetened condensed stuff. I don't think I was too excited about plain old coconuts.
But I couldn't dwell on that when coconut almond mounds exist! Those were one of my favorite chocolates because of the texture. The coconut taste was a bit drowned out by the sugar, but I'm more of a texture person.
Another really great coconut dish I had loved that I can't have again is coconut shrimp. It's literally just fried shrimp covered in coconut! That doesn't sound like it would be great, but it was magical.
Coconut tastes great, especially sweetened, but my favorite thing about it is definitely the texture of shredded coconut. There's not really anything like it. It will sound unhinged to say I like it because it's kind of like chewy strips of paper, but I'm kind of in a harmlessly unhinged state to be taking on this really silly writing project.
There's something in artificial coconut flavoring that deeply sits unwell with me in certain contexts for some reason
It's a good thing that coconut is explicitly not zero points with WW. It's so delicious! But it's even more delicious once you add sugar. Adding sugar makes anything no longer zero points!
I'll need to think of things to make using coconut for the holidays. Coconut daifuku would either be perfection or a mess! I guess I'll just have to try that out!
Speaking of holidays... If I can get vegan cream cheese and vegan candy melts, I could make vegan Oreo balls... Completely unrelated, but I love Oreo balls with a passion even though I had a very easy to hide allergic reaction every time I ate them. (Why did all of my favorite foods burn?!)
How Are Kimura Aimi's banks?
Aimi has three banks. All are one pitch CV banks, but CV 2 includes extra vowels to use to change the tone a bit. Perhaps this is easier to do in OpenUTAU.
CV 1 has a very nice tone!
CV 2 has two extra sets of vowels. My USTs are tuned to heck and back, so I don't know how to cut up notes without destroying the tuning. In the OTO, the consonants are mostly cut out and I don't know why. Her voice is extremely beautiful!
Finally, we have her whisper bank. Her voice is so sweet and adorable!
Where Can I download Aimi Kimura?
You can find her on her official site. She is great!
