Lily and Pedro had the great idea of traveling from her East Coast home town and his West Coast home town without hopping on the interstate once. When one of them was driving, the other was on their laptop in the back seat doing their work. 

That started to fall apart.

They were in the middle of the desert and their satellite Internet started to cut out. That was fine - they were both ahead of all of their deadlines. But then the GPS started telling them that they were in the middle of Alaska. 

They were lost, low on fuel, and low on food and water when they saw a town in the distance.

"If the hotel has Wi-Fi, we're staying for a week." Lily groaned. "I love our adventure, but the desert is brutal."

"Agreed." Pedro nodded. "Maybe we wouldn't be struggling so much if we were actually in Alaska!"

The town was an oasis. They were dumbfounded that there was perfectly maintained green grass. The air was suddenly humid!

But then they saw the people.

Every single person was a clown. Funny wigs, full faces of paint...

They pulled into the parking lot of a diner. A clown in a caricature of a police uniform came up to them and started honking a horn. They were confused as they got out of the car. 

Lily scrunched her eyebrows. For some reason, she understood. She honked back doing her best goose impression.

The police officer gasped and hurried away. 

"What... Did you?" Pedro was visibly confused. 

"I have no idea, but I'm starving!" Lily tried to laugh. She pulled Pedro into the diner.

There was no scary moment of everyone in the room going silent and staring at them. It was like walking into any other restaurant... Except for the honking.

Lily sat down at the counter. She honked at the waitress.

The waitress laughed and nodded.

Pedro didn't ask questions.

The waitress quickly sat two plates of scrambled eggs in front of them.

"Close enough!" Lily laughed before shoveling the eggs into her mouth. 

"Do you have some kind of secret you never told me, Lil?" Pedro awkwardly poked at his plate. He had no idea what was happening and he was a bit afraid.

Lily shook her head as she looked over to Pedro with a mouth full of food.

Pedro decided to try it. He did his best goose impression. The waitress looked back at him. It was as if he had just spoken absolute gibberish. 

Lily swallowed the food in her mouth and honked a few times. The waitress laughed again and brought out two pieces of pie. Lily immediately stabbed her fork into her piece and took a giant bite.

Pedro sat in confusion until he felt a tap on his shoulder. He looked up at a very sad clown.

In perfect English, the clown told him in a gruff voice, "kid, ain't no one ever gonna believe you about this."

How Is Katauta Mutsumi's bank?

I just found one bank. It is a one pitch CV bank. It's kinda funny. I just randomly picked a song sung by GACKT as the tester UST, and Mutsumi's voice fit really well. The bank is very nice.
