Sandra was one of the biggest sitcom stars in America. She got her first job in the writers room after she aced her set on an open mic night. She made the other writers laugh so hard, they begged the studio to give her guest spots. Until finally... She had her own show.

Jim was not that. He went to every open mic night he wasn't banned from and got booed off of the stage most nights. He wasn't a bad person. He wasn't making bigoted jokes. He was just thoroughly unlikable on stage. 

"Pete called me up about you." Sandra took a sip of her coffee to punctuate the sentiment. 

"Pete believes in me?" His eyes were wide. 

Sandra sat down her coffee mug. "Sure. Let's go with that." No, he wanted him to stop showing up but he was too nice to say that to his face. She shook her head. "Kid, I watched some of your sets." She paused. "How do you come up with your jokes?"

"You see," Jim smiled brightly, "it's very clever and subtle wordplay."

"Jim..." She shook her head, "do you have some PhD or something?"

"I do!" Jim nodded. "It's in Russian literature."

"Uh-huh... And you always reference the plots of Dostoyevsky plots?" Sandra couldn't help it that she sounded sarcastic. Her acting likely was the worst part of her show. But the joke delivery kept people watching. 

"I branch out!" Jim laughed. "Sometimes I even reference Kafka."

Sandra shook her head. "I literally know one thing about Kafka and that's Ogtha. You can't tell jokes that no one understands. You'd literally get a better response doing knock-knock jokes. And not clever ones! 'Orange you glad I said banana' and 'Interrupting cow moo' would play better than your current material."

He was confused. 

"Okay." Sandra sighed. "Want to hear a joke?"

"Of course!"

Sandra smiled. "A horse was playing in the field."

Jim was confused. 

"Wanna hear a dirty joke?" Sandra tilted her head with a devious glint in her eyes. Once Jim let out a confused noise, she hit the horrible, unfunny punchline. "The horse was playing in the mud."

Jim shook his head. "I don't get it."

Sandra pulled out her phone and typed for a bit before pulling up a kid telling the joke at a talent show. She held up her phone for Jim as the audience laughed and laughed 

"But where's the wit? The humor?" Jim recoiled. "Why are people laughing at that? It's not an original joke at all!"

Sandra put her phone back in her pocket. "Jim, that's your problem. It's like you're an alien. You are so sure of your jokes landing at all times. But you just don't understand what people find funny. You could stand up there and make funny noises without saying a single word and it would play better."

"I don't want to use cliche and boring jokes!" Jim cried out. 

Sandra shrugged. "Maybe stand-up just isn't for you."

How Are Tefune Hirari's banks?

So uh... The CV has some strange errors. The only ones I found were easy to oto out, but don't listen to the い sample without bracing yourself. The bank came with a tool to convert an OGG Vorbis bank into a bank made of WAV files. Maybe that's where the really weird issues come from. All that aside, her voice is lovely!
