Eating healthy is so annoying. Trigger warning for discussions of diet and weight. Please skip this section if these topics make you uncomfortable.

I'm having some minor health issues. (Timestamp: 2025/02/02) Not bad enough to go to the doctor. Just bad enough to notice something is wrong.

Weight watchers made oatmeal and potatoes zero points. I love those! Especially sweet potatoes. Not the Japanese white ones but the American orange ones. I could eat those until I exploded.

Before those were made free, I was eating a lot of canned beans and corn and not really enjoying it. But spending those calories on oats and potatoes?! Why would I even think about beans and corn??

So I'm not eating enough salt now. Whole foods tend to not have a lot of salt. Because of that... I'm that weird dehydrated where you drink crazy amounts of water and you're still dehydrated. I'm crazy bloated and not losing weight even though my calorie count says that I should be.

It's so frustrating that you can eat exactly what you're "supposed to" and your body just says LOL and makes you sick. I need to eat the things that supposedly aren't healthy to be healthy?! What kind of scam is Big Biology pulling on us?? 

Anyway. I'm starting to drink tea again and when I feel really ill, I know how to make an oral hydration solution. My mom loves those things, but I can't stand drinking them. I'll probably get some kind of powder to put in my water for electrolytes or whatever. I have plenty of zero calorie Gatorade... But the lack of glucose means it doesn't really actually work the way it should. But regular Gatorade has too much sugar... (Note: the World Health Organization says that the basic oral hydration solution is sugar, baking soda, salt, and salt substitute. Salt substitute is potassium chloride and it is very, very gross. You don't necessarily need the potassium chloride if you just eat a ton of bananas or whatever. Just salt, baking soda, and sugar is okay. Adding more sugar can cut the nastiness off the potassium chloride. I'm yoloing it and making the solution in tea to make it easier to drink.)

I'm hoping making little changes will put me back on track and stop the bloating and inability to lose weight. That would be great!

But I need to go back to the drawing board and completely rework what I eat. Why can't food be easy?! We all have to eat it! 

In my youth, I got away with just eating whatever I wanted. But now I'm vegan. You know how easy life would be if I could just grab some deli meat from the fridge?! If I could just eat an entire bag of string cheese?! Eggs?! My grandmother keeps chickens! I have access to all of the free eggs I could eat!

But no. I just have to be severely allergic to my favorite foods. I try to avoid using emojis and emoticons for this blog. It's some sense of professionalism that actually isn't very necessary or warranted.

But gosh darn it. These food issues got me like

How is Mabi's bank?

The Readme says that this bank will be deleted when a better one is made. Perhaps that was forgotten because it's been up for a couple of years. The bank is a one pitch VCCV English bank. The voice is low and should be used around D3. The voice is very nice; I just wish that the phonemes were more sensible.
