 From a preservation standpoint, it is a little sad when all previous banks are deleted upon the release of the most recent. From a "I am a completionist" standpoint, at least it makes writing articles easier!

Ura is a teenage girl who is cheerful but loves pranks and drama. She is fully aware of the fact that she is unable to speak Japanese, though she can still sing it.

Greg and Harper were both sitting at the kitchen table with their foreheads planted on the smooth surface of the table. 

Mrs. Beller walked in holding their son on her hip.

"Grammy taught me to milk a cow!" Pete's voice was filled with excitement and joy as he chirped in Ag Eng. "And she's gonna teach me what weeds are tomorrow!"

"What time is it?" Harper grumbled. "Is it over?"

Mrs. Beller sighed. "Honey, it's not even lunch time yet. That's why I came back in - to fix up lunch."

Harper raised her face from the table with an expression of pure fear. "There's... How are there so many hours left?"

"I was making it on my own," Mrs. Beller sat Pete down onto the floor. "I'm really glad you tried stepping in, but it's not important that you two do any actual work. It's just important that you make your children feel loved and cared for." She noticed the look on Harper's face. "Plural. Sorry to say it, but we need enough people to take over if my people are wiped out by a virus. That's not happening unless people are making several babies."

Harper groaned. "When does this get better?"

"Just remember why you left." Mrs. Beller nodded. "You're not the one who matters here."

Harper's expression blanked. She was the definition of a good girl growing up. Her friends were all good girls. But it was like they were being picked off one by one. Losing their good girl status and becoming someone else. Of course Harper shunned them and proceeded to have literally no friends. She didn't want her children to go through that. It was by luck that she didn't fall down that path. She did not want to risk that with her own children.

"What does it mean if we can't do anything?" Harper's voice was nervous and soft.

"You can do something." Mrs. Beller smiled. "You can read to your children every night. Give them all the hugs you can! Make them know that you love them and are proud of them. Not for what they can do, but for what is in their hearts." She let out an awkward laugh, "but if you ever wanted to go back without risking your children's futures, there's plenty of people here who would love to adopt healthy children at any age."

That felt like a punch in the stomach to Harper. She wanted to stand and yell at Mrs. Beller. But then she realized... She was right. Harper would do anything to give her children a better future... Even if it meant being miserable. She looked over at Greg. She knew that he wouldn't have been able to understand the conversation. She gently nudged at his shoulder before explaining in Ark Eng that they didn't have to keep doing the work. They just needed to be good parents. That was it.

Greg looked over to her. "I'm glad. I just want to sleep."
