his full name is Victor Miyakawa Yoshiyuki.
Wiki Wednesday #230 - Veltos-P's VIICTOR
I actually got a bit excited when I saw that Victor had a Brazilian Portuguese bank! I found a nursery rhyme to make into a ust, but the bank had been taken down.
Victor has no canon personality, but he does have a girlfriend.

The Haunted Shoe, part two
My father called. I answered the call, putting my phone on speaker. "A shoe? A single shoe?"
"Uh-huh." He couldn't see me nodding. "Not an old shoe or a special shoe - just a cheap tennis shoe from..." I picked it up to look at the logo. "I think it's from Walmart." I looked inside of the shoe. I had nothing really to lose so I stuck my hand inside and palpated about to see if there was some kind of anything inside. Nothing.
"That's a weird prank, but that has to be all it is." He let out a soft chuckle. "You can't in your good conscious donate one singular shoe. Just toss it and see if any of your friends admit to doing it."
I laughed. I didn't have many friends in person after being laid off, so my online friends were very involved in keeping me from feeling lonely. This definitely felt like something they would do. My father and I said our goodbyes and I hung up my phone. I put the shoe back into the box. I picked it up and took it outside to the garbage bins. I tossed the box in and went back inside to see if I had anything I was willing to throw together for brunch.
That's when I heard a thump from the living room. I walked in and saw the shoe on the table.
Maybe I should have took this time to reflect on this moment. But there was something so bizarre about the shoe being on my coffee table, I just told myself that I was tired and had missed the second shoe. I went to the table, picked the shoe up, and then went back outside to throw it out. It finally dawned on me that it really was that one shoe when I saw that the box was gone from the bin. I tossed the shoe back into the garbage and went back into my house. As I opened the refrigerator, there was no more thumps. But as I looked for some orange juice to put into my scrambled eggs... There was the shoe.
"You just live there now." I rolled my eyes. The shoe looked new, so I wasn't worried about a dirty shoe in my refrigerator. It had only touched garbage bags in the bin, so that didn't bother me either.
I closed the refrigerator without grabbing anything. Fine, I told myself, I'll just grab something from the cabinet. I opened the cabinet and there was the shoe. I stared at it in disbelief until I started laughing.
It had to be that someone had snuck in and put a bunch of identical shoes around my house. I grabbed a snack cake and went back to the living room to work on the very vital work of scrolling through social media until I was tired enough to nap.
How Are VIICTOR's banks?
I was able to get my hands on three of his banks.
The first I'll look at is studio basic. It is a CV-VV bank. Ok this is cool. To get a consistent tone, each CV is recorded as two mora VCV with a dummy phoneme. The dummy phoneme is ignored, but that will help make the singing sound natural. He sounds great with a nice youthful male voice type and clear tone.
Next is the two pitch VCV. He sounds really nice and like a lot of love was put into him! He sounds very consistent and has a nice voice.
-mocaccino- VCV is the final bank I got my hands on! WOAH! There are twelve folders in here! They are mostly things like different ways of recording single vowels. This is a lite VCV, so it contains a full CV bank. With lite vcv, things like きゃ are not included because they are less important and will need to come from the CV section. Lite VCV generally begins each sample with a vowel, so all "- CV" is just CV from the CV section.
He sounds pretty awesome!
