Trigger warning: I talk about dieting here. Skip to "how does the bank sound" to avoid reading about dieting.
So I have a silly goal. I want this blog to be scheduled out for so long, if I go missing people will have no idea.
I love AI, but I don't want to use AI for this blog. No, not at all! I don't care about SEO anymore, so I could leave out these 500 word sections. No way! That's not the way I do things.
So... I have like twenty things that have already been posted by the time you read this. I haven't made those into articles yet. If I were able to quickly write like twenty-two more of those... Then I would be able to push this feature out an entire year! I'm taking the other feature more seriously still and writing fiction for it. But I just want to get things done and get things done fast for at least one thing!
I am manic. This is a bad idea, but I just really like the number going up!
So I thought, why don't I just review fruits? I love food and I'm on Weight Watchers. I think about fruit constantly because it's delicious and zero points!
I've really always loved fruits and vegetables. Even before I was vegan! But before getting on Modern Weight Watchers, I actually avoided fruit. Fruit has a lot of calories because it has a lot of sugar. Is fruit juice really healthier than soda? (Technically it depends on how you define healthy or what juices you are buying.)
But all of those calories in fruit are counteracted by the fiber and high water content. Vegetables are healthier than fruits because of that lack of delicious sugar... But it's a lot more fun to eat that delicious sugar!
I'm easily swayed. Even when I'm not doing Weight Watchers, I eat fruit as snacks because Weight Watchers told me that fruit is good and can be eaten whenever I want!
As a note, fruit gives me a weird empty feeling when it's all I eat for a bit. It's a great snack but it's not great to live off of. That would be very, very bad to try and do. You always need to do your best to eat enough protein and fat every day to keep yourself healthy! (Hitting that protein number as a vegan is pretty hard if you don't just give up and go on Huel or Soylent. Even protein powder is just a hassle and a half.)
So yeah! Instead of writing stories, I'll be talking about fruit. I'll try not to talk too much about diet, but the fact I eat fruit because of my diet will definitely slip in at times.
So... I usually write for these sections having a feeling people will skip over them. For this, yeah. You don't need to read my reviews of fruit. But I feel a need to write them!
