Who is this UTAU? When doing research I found out that this UTAU was made by someone really, really cool. But that doesn't fully explain why this UTAU only exists on Nicovideo.

Okay so, before even listening to this UTAU, I found the creator. Their name is Yotty, and they are amazing at art. Not just that, they have some of the best prices vs value ratio on their commissions I've ever seen. If I ever got money and made an OC, I would be paying them their insanely low prices to get beautiful art. Seriously, I had to close the tab with their blog on it like five times because I just kept going back to look at their art. It hit me in the feels. 

Me giving a shout out is completely pointless. I'm lucky to get five views on an article. But still, I have to fawn when I feel like fawning. Regardless, this has nothing to do with the UTAU in question. Let's get to that!

Who is Yoti Ironai?

So, let me start by saying that Yoti is described as gender neutral, but all of Yoti's promotional material uses she/her pronouns. For that reason, I will use she/her pronouns, but I'll avoid referring to her with gendered terms such as girl or woman. She is only fifteen years old and from Korea. She is advertised as being able to sing in Korean, Japanese, and Spanish. Maybe the act one had a bit more capability, but her Act 2 was the only one I could find. There are no examples of her singing in Korean or Spanish, and a complete lack of VC samples makes it seem as if it may be difficult to pull off either. But, I figure I got ahead of myself.

How is Yoti's bank?

I will just be looking at Yoti's Japanese capabilities, as, you know, that's the only language my testing UST supports. 

Now, while Yoti is a 2009 UTAU, the only bank I could get my hands on was from 2010. 2009 was a year of "what are OTOs?" 2010 was a year of "Look ma! I'm doing OTOs! ... Why does it sound weird??" For that reason, I'm not even annoyed that the green line is in the middle of the plosives. I just think, "Oh, to be in 2010 again. What a nice time."

I don't really have much to say. It's not my favorite voice type and the accent is... I don't know what the accent is exactly. It's pretty good for a 2010 bank, but it's not the kind I'm crazy for.

Where can I download Ironai Yoti?

Forgotten Friday means that I don't have an UTAU Wiki page to link to. I do however have the video with her download link on it. 

This kind of UTAU is in a weird area. Almost all information has been taken down, which points to the UTAU just being straight up discontinued. However, the link to download the bank is still up and in a public place. Whether or not you use this bank depends on how you feel about using UTAUs that are probably meant to be shuffled away into a corner. For old UTAUs with voices I love, I will happily use the "I was able to download it!" excuse. But for Yoti? I don't feel so strongly.
