Wiki Wednesday #239 - Kujira Ongakutoshi / 音楽都市クジラ
When I saw her page and how it looked... Suspicious, I kind of was worried this was a stolen utau. And then I listened to a sample and smiled because this is a troll UTAU that had the tag fnaf.
Who is Ongakutoshi Kujira?

It's a Living, part three
I sat in darkness until the calculations started. Then, I was surrounded by pops of white light. Then, the light came faster and faster until I didn't see the pops, just the space around me becoming grey. Some areas strobed as those processes were slower, and some glowed as the processes happened more rapidly than my disconnected brain could comprehend.
That was unique, according to everyone else. For all of my 'coworkers', they fell asleep and then woke up tired and sore.
I never fell asleep and I was brought back ready to go on with my day.
No one knew the right name for us. The marketing was incongruent with the internal language, and bills concerning us usually used different terminology within the same paragraphs.
I liked computational unit. Some people proudly proclaimed that they were computers, but the more proper term was processing unit.
Robots taking over 'unskilled labor' had very expectable consequences. There was no reason to pay the hefty fifty dollar minimum wage and risk expensive injuries when you could just buy cheap, expendable robots.
The government had been pushing for years programs to find skilled work for every American, but there were people like us.
I was different - I could do something else. But most of the people pulled into this job had nothing else if they wanted more than the barely livable universal basic income. It was different in subtle ways. Jordan had personality disorders, Janet was an addict who couldn't stay in recovery, Greg had a traumatic brain injury. None of them could function out in the world. But they all had families who needed money.
I was different. I had no one. I didn't need much to stay alive, and I made a point of keeping it that way. I had more money than I could use saved up because I just had no use for it. Part of me just wanted to dump it into charity, but I still kept it because there was that small part of me that wanted to have children just to prove that I could do better than my parents. That, however, was a horrible reason to have children and I knew it.
They did it for money. I did it to escape for as long as they would let me. Just sitting in a chair, not being aware of where exactly the world was.
No one really believed me when I told them that I could think while being a processing unit. My results were excellent - almost similar to an isolated brain grown from stem cells when hooked to the same equipment.
That's probably why they were huddling around and whispering about how they needed me to be something more to them.
If Nurse Linda was right about me getting my own hospital bed, I was more than happy to never leave the facility again.
Time gets away from me when I'm plugged in. I'm shocked when I'm taken out.
How is Kujira Ongakutoshi's bank?
The intention was... I don't know. I don't want to be rude, but her original bank was openly said to be grunts. This is said to be vocal fry, but it... This feels like if Tree was an anime girl, and I don't know if it's the same level of funny. (Tree's character item was intended to be a statue of a road, this character has nothing funny like that.)
If you like Tree for his voice, but wish Eert (female counterpart) still existed, here's Kujira!
Where Can I download Ongakutoshi Kujira?
