Roco is genderfluid and uses he / him pronouns. He likes trains. Okay, his voice provider likes trains and I really wanted to make the reference.

He is gloomy, but he uses his high energy to try and live his best life at eighteen years old. He was made by Miroslav Haslerka.

Cursed Teletubbies, part 6

Max was confused.

"Big Bird wasn't on The Challenger." I breathlessly explained as I paused the video. "They couldn't figure out how to get the costume into the shuttle, so they scrapped him being on it - but he was on it in that tape."

"Not only are these magical tapes that shouldn't exist, they have footage that doesn't exist?" Max crossed his arms and leaned back. "On the technical side, I know you're not pranking me. I'd know if you had been in touch with any of the manufacturers. And that's the only way you'd be able to make this tape." He looked up at the ceiling. "It would be extremely trivial to use modern hardware to record an AI created video to a VHS cassette. But..." He looked back to me. "Your AI said that the footage wasn't AI created. That was a real human behind a real news desk, everything period accurate."

I shook my head. "What part is scarier to you?" I closed my eyes. "So, do you want to know why Booples is so messed up? Why he hasn't been to the studio and I've been stepping in?"

"I'm guessing these tapes?"

I opened my eyes and sighed. "I didn't bring those tapes - they were the kind that went into a camcorder. But, they were Killer Jeff."

"Uh." Max led me out of the studio to his living room and wordlessly offered me a seat.

"But not just, oh look, there's the shock image." I sat down and waited for him to follow before continuing. "It's him in the hospital, and then it's just him... At home. Not killing anyone, just... Home videos including Killer Jeff."

"That's..." He leaned back. "Really, really... Strange. Why would someone go to all of the effort to just make Killer Jeff into a regular random teenager with a jacked up face? Like, that makes me feel sad to think about the poor kid."

"Yeah," I nodded. "Everything else makes sense. Creepypasta Teletubbies makes sense to make. Big Bird on the Challenger makes sense to make. But just a guy who went through medical trauma being supported by his family makes no sense to make."

"It's getting late, but..." I stood. "I'm only about five hours away. You can post what you've got with the both of us, but I can talk to my producer to see if we could fit it into one of our videos if you'd like that. No promises."

"Yeah, of course." He nodded and stood. 

We were silent as he herded me out of his house. Once we were at the door, it hit him. "Hey, your tapes?"

"They're all ripped already, and I know I'll be getting more. If you can think of any other experiments, I'd rather you have them."

He nodded and opened the door for me. I went out and got into my car. I took a deep breath. Nothing made sense.

How are Roco Gakudan's banks?

Roco is intended to be a V-Kei style singer. I like those. 

Metropolitan is a three pitch VCV bank. ... Huh. That's not what I expected! His voice is rather high, but it is still very expressive.

Next Is his power scale CVVC. It has four pitches. He has a very nice voice with a large range. 

SEMTEX is a three pitch CV bank. He still has a nice voice here.

There Are two banks listed as legacy. They exist, so I gotta look at them.

Piko is a one pitch CV bank and it was likely his first. I really like his voice here, but cut off consonants may make the bank difficult to use.

H-Zero is another CV bank with one pitch. This would be a super awesome cv bank, but there are sadly some issues with recordings, like 'wa'. I had to edit the frqs for that one.
