"Well, we made a mistake." Rita stabbed her Chinese take out food with her chopsticks as she walked to her chair. "It's a mess Jason. It's a horrific mess and it's all our fault."

Jason spun his office chair to face her. "We just ran the experiment. Don't you want to give it some time?"

"It's time travel, dummy." Rita rolled her eyes. "We had all of the data as soon as the switch happened."

Jason sighed. They had been given a small village where no one could come and no one could go. Supplies were air dropped in. All they did was go thirty years in the past and tell every parent about how all of their children turned out. No one liked the results.

So every single parent course corrected. Every parent course corrected a comical amount. 

"Does it help that they're not real?" Jason leaned back in his chair. "Look, a person wouldn't be that..." He looked at the screen. "Oh wow."

On his screen were the data from before the change and after the change. "Little Jimmy with the broken arm turned into Brittle Jimmy with glass bones from the lack of vitamin D. Parents refused to let him go outside at all." He soon his head. "Come on, it's a flawed experiment. CPS would be called if you tried that."

"So you're telling me my thesis is just supposed to be 'lol you can't simulate people'?" Rita groaned as she stabbed her food again.

"No, like, you're you. You're going to spin this." Jason sat up straight. "I don't know how, but that's you. You'll make it happen and blow everyone's socks off."

"I wish." Rita rolled her eyes. She took a bite of her food as she read through some of the files. 

"The real problem is the lack of choices." Rita sighed. "If there's only one college, it's a binary. Go or don't. But like, Rose Rivers. She refused to go to school because she wanted to be a musician and the music program was abysmal. We told her mom and her mom did everything to discourage music and now Rose is miserable. If we could have just said 'your kid will be good enough for Julliard, Rose's mom would have done her best to push music on Rose!"

"Did you notice the Duck family?" Jason looked back at Rita. "We need to find who named these families and yell at them." He looked back at the screen. "We scared them so badly, they refused to have children."

"That means that Donatello and Wilma don't get together?!" Rita groaned. "I know we can just load the old model and watch them fall in love all over again... But seriously? Wilmatella was the cutest baby."

"Yeah." Jason sighed. "The lesson is either that knowing the future is bad or that these AI agents are way too reactionary."

"You're right." Rita nodded. "I can make this data set into something that's at least interesting."

How are Nuine Yashiro's banks?

All of Yashiro's banks are still uploaded. It's just that all except one are private. I sent an access request for the CVVC just to see what would happen, but I'm not holding my breath.

The Great news is that the one accessible bank is a three pitch VCV. The private ones are CV and CVVC, which you can make by cutting up a VCV bank. Her voice is soft and beautiful.
