is it Bocchi or Botchi? I'll go with the one that looks better.

Who Is Bocchi Matsuo?

"Lili!" A tall young woman gasped as she saw McKenzie for the first time. "How did you never tell us about the cutest little baby!"
Aliyah forced herself not to roll her eyes. Stellaris had given her her latest phone, worth at least six hundred dollars. She would put up with annoying nicknames if it meant not biting the hand that fed her. "She's not just cute, she's kind."
"You're so pretty!" McKenzie gasped as she looked up at Stellaris.
Stellaris was, in fact, pretty.
"Oh," Stellaris laughed in the most dainty and dignified was possible before sitting down on McKenzie's bed. "It's all thanks to my surgical team!"
Aliyah covered her mouth, but she couldn't help but laugh. Stellaris flinched, but she immediately calmed down once Aliyah explained. "Ken has only heard about surgery through fiction books, and I'm not sure there was much surgery in the books she read."
"They're fiction books," McKenzie sighed. "How am I supposed to know what's real like McDonald's or fake like vampires?"
Aliyah jumped back in. "If we needed surgery, it was because of an accident. Miss Constance would bring over a time manipulator and they would just turn back time on the injured part so that it wasn't broken anymore."
"Oh, of course!" Stellaris laughed. "My brother was obsessed with those dumb testosterone shows. I watched many, many bones get turned back. Once, it was his head and the manipulator was new. He lost an entire week of memories!"
"Is surgery permanent?" McKenzie looked up at Stellaris.
"Oh, yes!" Stellaris smiled brightly. "I work as a model in Los Angeles over summer breaks. I can't use magic out there thanks to all of the regulations, so I need something real."
"What is surgery like?" McKenzie's eyes were wide as she leaned in.
"Oh, uh..." Stellaris looked to Aliyah. "Exactly how innocent is she?"
Aliyah looked over to McKenzie as she tried to figure out the answer. She has no idea. Of course, McKenzie was ignorant and innocent, but that wasn't an indicator of how she'd react to even descriptions of surgery. Aliyah definitely wasn't exactly innocent at the time, but watching Botched with some older students gave her nightmares for a week straight.
"Oh!" Aliyah laughed as a realization dawned on her. "I've had surgery my first year. I got a bad infection. The medical forecaster predicted five more within the next two years, so they sent me to a hospital and took my tonsils out."
"I remember!" Stellaris nodded.
Aliyah continued. "I went to sleep, but then I woke up. My surgery was on the inside, so I didn't look much different. But I was in pain!"
"Why are we stuck with normal human drugs!" Stellaris groaned. "Why don't we have 'ok no more pain' spells?!"
"But..." McKenzie looked down at her hand. "You used magic to heal me, right?"
"Oh, of course!" Aliyah nodded. "I encouraged the expedited growth of healthy tissue without any time manipulation."
"... Huh?"
